I’m a beginner, i’ve heard Rev X is hard… How do i know that i’ll be able to keep up?
We will tailor the program to suit your needs, all while ensuring you are still getting the best out of every session with the entire group. We are not considered world class coaches for no reason! We have got you covered.
What kind of meal options do i have?
We run through our nutrition system with out members on the Saturday before the program commences, this will cover all of the details around nutrition in more detail. But for not, we offer guidance so that you can "do it yourself", we offer macronutrient coaching as a "done WITH you" service, and we also offer a "done for you" service with ready made meals in house by our partner Maverick Meals.
Do we get 1:1 coaching?
Our coaching is in group sessions, we have found this to drive the most impact, accountability and motivation however our coaching is very close up, we do not coach off of TV screens. Our programs are specifically designed to drive results in whatever you'd like to focus on, be it body composition, strength building, or just building on your fitness levels if you are just starting out.
How many sessions am i allowed to participate in?
As many as you like!
How will i be held accountable?
We have your weekly check in every Monday, and if you miss this you are immediately disqualified from being in the running to win the overall prize of $1000 - so missing out is simply not worth it!
