I’m a beginner, i’ve heard Rev X is hard… How do i know that i’ll be able to keep up?
Rev X is only hard for those who are lazy. All we ask of you is, 'be better than yesterday' . Our Coaches will challenge you based on your current fitness levels. When you walk into Rev X you are one person, when you walk out you are a stronger, fitter and determined. We are not considered world class coaches for no reason! We have got you covered.
What kind of meal options do i have?
We run through our nutrition system with out members on the Saturday before the program commences, this will cover all of the details around nutrition in more detail. But for not, we offer guidance so that you can "do it yourself", we offer macronutrient coaching as a "done WITH you" service, and we also offer a "done for you" service with ready made meals in house recomendations
Do we get 1:1 coaching?
Our coaching is in group sessions, we have found this to drive the most impact, accountability and motivation however our coaching is very close up, we do not coach off of TV screens. Our programs are specifically designed to drive results in whatever you'd like to focus on, be it body composition, strength building, or just building on your fitness levels if you are just starting out.
How many sessions am i allowed to participate in?
As many as you like!
How will i be held accountable?
We have your weekly check in every Monday with your coach to keep you on track, refine and make changes as needed and answer any questions you may have.
