Sport has been the foundation of my life. I grew up at Endeavour Sports High School playing representative Netball and Touch Football, then spent over a decade representing Australia in Oztag—captaining the Mixed Australian team and competing at World Cups & International Tests in New Zealand, Fiji, and the Cook Islands. I still play at championship level today because I love the challenge and the growth that comes with it.
I've been coaching for over two decades across Netball, Touch, Oztag, and Strength and Conditioning. What playing at the highest level taught me about hard work and performance, coaching has taught me about people. Everyone's driven differently. Everyone's path looks different. I'm obsessed with the high-performance space—constantly learning, constantly improving my understanding of athletic development and what makes people tick. From 6-year-olds to 70-year-olds, I love helping people discover what they're capable of.
Iron sharpens iron but every blade needs to be cut differently.

Tearing ligaments in my ankle playing soccer forced me to stop and realize something I'd taken for granted my entire life—the ability to move and compete. Sitting on the sidelines during rehab, I discovered a new appreciation for my body and what it could do. I came back hungrier than ever. But the real test came at a tournament where I played well—really well. I thought I'd done enough to make the Australian team. I didn't get selected. That doubt crept in: maybe your best isn't good enough. I had a choice—let rejection define me or use it as fuel. I chose fuel. The next year I came back as the fittest, hardest-working player on the field. They named me captain. Those experiences shaped how I coach. I help people appreciate what their bodies can do before injury or time forces that lesson on them. And I see the ones who've been overlooked, who are grinding away wondering if their effort matters.
I've learned that potential isn't realized in a day—it's built through consistent effort over time. I'm here for people who understand that, who are ready to work hard and trust the process. No shortcuts, no excuses. Just honest work that gets real results.
