What is the Hyrox Program?
Structured training built around the eight HYROX movements and the running that connects them. Programming that builds your engine, sharpens your mechanics, and peaks you for race day. No guessing. No random workouts. Just a system that works.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. You need to be coachable. We scale every session to where you are right now and build from there. Show up consistently and race day will feel like just another training session.

None. Book a No-Sweat Intro, tell us your goal. We handle everything else.
