At RevX Fitness Society, we are Parramatta's Official HYROX Training Club, giving you access to the programming, coaching, and community to prepare, compete, and conquer - whether you're stepping into functional fitness for the first time or chasing a podium finish.

Most facilities run 8–10 metres. Ours runs 30. Race day demands 50 metres of sled work per station.

Every session has a purpose. You'll always know exactly what you're walking into.

BUILD

Functional strength work. Sleds, carries, squats, loaded movement. This is where you build the body that survives the race. Run intervals included.

ENGINE

Aerobic capacity work. Running, rowing, ski erg combinations. This builds the engine that keeps you moving when everything else says stop.

RACE DAY

Full HYROX simulation. All 8 stations. Run between each one. Same format as race day — same order, same distances, real coaching. Our most popular session.

Every Monday.Learn one skill properly. Spend the rest of the week putting it into practice under fatigue.

  • 6AM + 6:15PM. Members free. Non-members $50 per Monday or $95 full week.

HYROX SIMULATION
