Strength Lab
Do I need to be fit to start Strength Lab?
No. You need to be willing to show up.
We've coached complete beginners who couldn't squat the bar. We've coached national-level powerlifters.
The entry point is wherever you are. Marcus will scale everything to your current level. From there, we build progressively.
You don't need to be strong to start. You need to want to get stronger.
What if I've never done barbell training before?
We teach you everything from scratch.
Every session includes coaching on form, technique, and load progression. You're not left to figure it out yourself.
Marcus has coached athletes at state and national levels—he knows how to teach proper movement from day one. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you're an experienced lifter, you're in good hands.
Is this like CrossFit or HIIT training?
No. Strength Lab is focused purely on strength and hypertrophy.
We prioritise progressive overload, compound lifts, and structured muscle building, not random cardio circuits.
If you’re looking for functional fitness or HIIT, RevX PC is the better fit. Strength Lab is for people who want to build serious strength.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts. No cancellation fees.
You pay weekly. If you want to stop, you stop. We'd rather earn your membership every week than lock you into a contract.

How many sessions per week should I do?
Most members train 3-4 times per week for optimal results.
Minimum commitment: 3 sessions per week. That's where you start seeing real progress.
If you can only commit to 1-2 sessions weekly, Strength Lab probably isn't the right fit. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Can I switch to RevX PC or Core Lab later?
Yes. That's what the Society Membership ($125/week) is for.
Start with Strength Lab at $99/week. If you want to add functional fitness (RevX PC) or Pilates (Core Lab), upgrade to Society Membership.`

What's the difference between this and regular personal training?
You get high-level coaching in a focused small-group environment.
Traditional personal training typically costs $100–$150 per session. Strength Lab is $99/week for unlimited sessions in a coached small group (typically 8–12 members).
You receive the same structured programming and coaching standards used with state and national athletes, while training alongside a driven group and saving thousands per year compared to traditional PT.
What equipment do I need to bring
Nothing, everything is provided.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a towel.
We supply all equipment including racks, barbells, plates, dumbbells, machines, and chalk. You just show up ready to train.
