Core Lab
Do I have to have experience to join a class?
No! We are here to support you every step of the way. Whether it’s your first time walking into the studio, or you’re a seasoned Pilates expert, we want to be part of the whole journey!
Can I attend a class if I am pregnant or have just given birth?
Absolutely! We have specific classes with trainer’s who are Pre and Post Natal qualified! They will help to guide you through your flow and make sure that you feel comfortable and supported. All we ask is that you check in with your GP/doctor before starting. Feel free to get in touch to find out more!
How can I try Core Lab Pilates?

What are the benefits of Pilates?
Pilates is great for so many reasons! It’s an amazing way to build your body awareness, strengthen your muscles and joints and improve your mobility and flexibility. That’s just on the outside - we believe balanced, intentional movement is the centre of great physical and mental health!
It’s my first time, what do I bring?
We are so excited to welcome you to the studio! Make sure to bring some water, a towel (things may get sweaty) and a great energy! Grippy socks are recommended, but optional. If you are doing a Mat Pilates class, you can bring your own mat for comfort, but we’ve got some back ups.
