HYROX. Functional fitness. Competition-ready programming. Rob's 30+ years of S&C methodology applied to performance training.

You train for performance. Not aesthetics. Not casual fitness. Performance.
You're preparing for HYROX. You come from CrossFit. You want functional strength that transfers to real competition.
You're tired of programs that look hard but don't make you better. Tired of "cardio with weights" that has no progression. Tired of coaches who don't understand periodization.
RevX PC is different.
This is Rob's full S&C methodology—30+ years of coaching elite athletes— applied to functional fitness and competition preparation.
You get structured strength cycles. You get conditioning that actually builds capacity. You get programming that makes you faster, stronger, and more resilient under fatigue.
No random WODs. No "just work hard" nonsense. Just intelligent training that gets results.
Not sure if RevX PC is right for you? Book the HYROX Strategy Session ($199) - Rob will assess your goals and tell you honestly if this program fits.
Every session includes elite S&C coaching, competition-focused programming, and a community of athletes who train as hard as you do.
Every session includes reformer training or mat work, and coaching that understands how your body actually moves.
Every session includes world-class coaching, structured programming, and a community that won't let you quit.
Strength & Conditioning methodology refined over three decades of coaching athletes. This isn't CrossFit. This isn't random WODs. This is periodized programming built for performance. Strength cycles. Conditioning blocks. Competition peaking. You get the full system.
HYROX race simulations. Functional fitness prep. Hybrid athlete development. We train the movements, energy systems, and mental toughness you need to compete—not just "get fit." Most members compete in HYROX races within 6-12 months.
Small group sizes mean real attention. Movement quality. Pacing strategy. Load management. You're not lost in a 30-person class doing burpees to a timer.
This is where HYROX athletes train in Parramatta. You're surrounded by people preparing for races. People who push the pace. People who make you better just by showing up. This isn't a social club. It's a training collective.

Not Sure Which Option to Choose?
Is RevX PC just CrossFit?
No. RevX PC uses Rob's 30+ years of S&C methodology.
CrossFit often uses random daily WODs without clear periodization.
RevX PC uses structured training blocks:
We borrow functional movements from CrossFit, but the programming is more structured and periodized for performance gains.
What's included in the $199 HYROX Strategy Session?
1-hour assessment + 21 days of full training access.
Here's what happens:
You're getting $294 worth of training (21 days) for $199. Plus personalized assessment and planning with Rob.
It's a deal, not a barrier.
Can I do RevX PC and Strength Lab together?
Yes. That's what the Society Membership ($125/week) is for.
Many members combine:
You get the conditioning from RevX PC and the muscle-building from Strength Lab. Best of both worlds.
Society Membership = unlimited access to both for $125/week.
Do I have to compete in HYROX races?
No. But most members eventually do.
RevX PC is designed for HYROX and functional fitness competition prep. But plenty of members just want to be functionally strong and fit without racing.
You'll train like a competitor. You'll get programming built for performance. But racing is optional.
If you have zero interest in competition, Strength Lab might be a better fit (pure hypertrophy focus).
Do I need HYROX experience to join?
No. Most members start with zero HYROX experience.
We scale everything to your current level. If you can't do burpees yet, we teach progressions. If you've never pushed a sled, we start light.
But you DO need baseline fitness. If you can't run 5km or complete 20 burpees, you're probably not ready for RevX PC yet.
Not sure? Book the $199 HYROX Strategy Session and Rob will assess honestly.
How many sessions per week should I do?
Most members train 3-4 times per week for optimal results.
Minimum: 3 sessions per week. That's where you see real progress.
Competitive HYROX athletes: 4-5 sessions per week during race prep phases.
If you can only commit to 1-2 sessions weekly, RevX PC probably isn't the right fit. Performance training requires consistency.
What happens after the 21-day HYROX trial?
You decide: continue at $85/week or stop. No pressure.
After 21 days:
We'd rather you experience the program fully and make an informed decision than lock you into a contract upfront.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Nothing. Everything is provided.
Bring yourself. Water bottle. Maybe a towel. That's it.
We have sleds, SkiErgs, rowers, wall balls, sandbags, farmers carry handles, pull-up bars, barbells, dumbbells—everything you need for HYROX and functional fitness training.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard.
